Ready for another tech tip from techbrood? Well, here's Greg Doig with another one for you. Welcome back, tech enthusiasts. I'm Greg Doig, your host, and today we're going to answer what is cache on a mobile phone, which is spelled C A C H E, which is basically your phone's speed drawer. When you visit a website or use an app, your device saves temporary files, like images and bits of data, so it loads faster next time. So is cache good most of the time? Yes, it makes browsing and apps feel snappier. But you should clear cache when something feels broken, like when a website loads weird or won't update, an app keeps crashing or your device is slow and you're troubleshooting. So here's the beginner rule. Don't clear cache daily. If you do, sites and apps can load slower at first because they have to rebuild everything. Here's the quick fix. Order 1, restart your device, 2, run updates, and 3, clear your browser cache. And that should help you. And thanks for listening. I hope this tip was helpful. And as always, if you want to hear more, come back and we'll talk to you soon. Please come back for our weekly podcast and please share our site.
